Free signup credits expire 7 days after account creation. Credits purchased via our paid packages are valid for 1 full year from the date of acquisition.

You can top up your account at any time by purchasing another credit package. Your new credits will be added to your existing balance.

We charge 2 Credits per second of processing time, plus a small fixed startup fee of 10 Credits per job. This fee covers the cost of creating a separate, isolated instance for each conversion and destroying it immediately afterwards to ensure maximum security. For example, a job taking 5 seconds would cost: (5s × 2) + 10 = 20 Credits.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date. Please contact our support team to process your refund request. Note that refunds may be pro-rated based on any credits already used.

These are one-time purchases for credit packs, not recurring subscriptions. You pay once and use the credits until they run out or expire.
